大阪で部屋探し

春に大阪へ引っ越すため、部屋を探している。家賃と通勤時間のバランスが難しい。

はる に おおさか へ ひっこす ため、へや を さがして いる。やちん と つうきん じかん の ばらんす が むずかしい。

I am looking for an apartment because I am moving to Osaka in spring. The balance between rent and commute time is difficult.

不動産屋によると、駅から近い部屋ほど家賃が高くなるそうだ。電車で三十分以内なら、少し遠くても構わないと伝えた。

According to the real estate agent, the closer a room is to the station, the higher the rent. I told them that as long as it is within thirty minutes by train, a little far is fine.

契約にはたくさんの書類が必要で、外国人にとっては簡単ではない。それでも、新しい生活を想像すると楽しみで仕方がない。

A contract requires many documents, which is not easy for a foreigner. Even so, when I imagine my new life, I cannot help looking forward to it.
