Handling a Customer About performance

Today, there was an inquiry call from a customer about performance. Because the person in charge was out, I ended up handling it.

I am still not good at keigo on the phone, but I said, "I will check and call you back," and noted down the details.

When I consulted a senior in the HR department, they immediately taught me the solution. I called the customer back and explained politely.

At the end, the customer said "That helped a lot," which made me happy. I am glad I handled it without fearing failure.

How to use this page

Start with all layers on. Once you can follow the story, hide English. Then hide furigana and try reading the kanji alone. Romaji is off by default — lean on kana as early as you can.
