Noun + をお願いします
A polite way to request something. レビューをお願いします = "Please (do the) review."
〜ていただけますか
Verb te-form + いただけますか
A humble, polite request: "Could you please…?" Softer than 〜てください.
〜ておきます
Verb te-form + おきます
To do something in advance/for later. 残しておきます = "I'll leave it (for you)."
Cultural Notes
文化メモFormality level
This is polite-casual (です/ます with 了解です). Appropriate between engineers on the same team. With a manager or client, prefer 承知しました over 了解です.
Workplace etiquette
Adding お手すきの際で大丈夫です ("whenever you have time") shows you respect the reviewer's schedule and aren't demanding immediate attention.
Common mistake
Foreigners often drop straight to レビューして ("review it"), which sounds like an order. Use レビューをお願いします to stay polite.
