Code Review Culture

In Japanese development teams too, code review is very important. When you create a PR, you tell the team, "Please review it."

When writing comments, use polite language. "This might be better done this way" is softer than "Please fix this."

When you receive review comments, first reply with "Thank you." After fixing, say "I've applied the changes. Please check."

A good code review culture strengthens trust within the team. Not only skills but also words matter.
